Responsibilities
- Commercialize electronics and instrumentation products developed and prototyped by the R&D department.
- Work extensively with management, marketing and R&D to bring fully developed new products to market.
- Provide input on the internal hardware product development as well as the aesthetics of the product.
- Responsible for obtaining all pertinent certifications (UL, CE, FCC).
- Responsible for getting instruments tested/calibrated externally as required.
- Develop documentation, data sheets etc. and turn over to marketing.
- Work collaboratively with all other functions.
- Work with Production to document work instructions, test procedures for each product.
- Participate in product launch initiatives.
- Develop final BOMs, costing, suppliers.
- Participate in MSRP (pricing) approach.
Requirements
- BE/ Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering Degree.
- Degree in business administration/ MBA Preferred.
- Successful previous 3-5 years of experience as product manager/assistant product manager in the controls, electronics or instrumentation field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in the organization
- Proven ability to plan and organize work.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Soft Skills
- Excellent English written/verbal communication skills.
- Pleasing personality.

- Develop long-term relationships with customers, through understanding and managing requirements.
