This course deals with the technic of working in a kitchen, starting from hygiene standards
upkeep, HACCP and other ethics. It also includes the features of the Kitchen area and the
equipment used in it. Lastly, it deals with the nature of commodities used in the kitchen too.

Eligibility- 12 Class (Any Stream)
Duration: Diploma (1 Year), Advanced Diploma (2 Years), B. Voc.- Degree(3 Years)
